NOVEMBER SERVING OPPORTUNITIES
Nomadic Shelter
November 16
In partnership with Redwood Gospel Missions, Calvary Petaluma hosts an overnight shelter once a month during the winter. Together, we provide a meal and a place to sleep overnight for homeless individuals in our community and have a chance to share the love of Jesus.
The Great Thanksgiving Banquet
November 25
Calvary Petaluma will be serving in Santa Rosa at Redwood Gospel Mission’s Great Thanksgiving Banquet by helping with wheelchair hospitality! This special event provides a warm Thanksgiving meal for everyone to enjoy, along with haircuts, activities, community resources, coat distribution, and a chapel service where the Gospel will be shared.
We are looking for 15 volunteers to help across four shifts throughout the day!
On Sundays leading up to November 25 we are also taking donations of winter coats and 6-ounce stuffing boxes.
