3) Opening Discussion Question: Share something that you committed to and followed through even though it was difficult. What helped to stay devoted?
 
4) Read: Acts 2:41-47 encourage your group to open their Bibles and follow along while one or two people read the passage out loud.
 
5) Discussion:
What stuck out to you from the message this week?
Use the discussion questions to spur on conversation:

  • What were you pre-occupied with this week?

  • How can you invite Jesus into that area?

  • What area of your life needs to change for Jesus to be the center?

  • Is there something that is in competition to your devotion to Christ?

  • Do you need to devote yourself again?

  • How can you be encouraged by Jesus' devotion to you?

 
6) Apply: Take time this week to examine areas of your life that have drifted and ask God to help you devote yourself again to His purposes.
